5.1. Асоціація є унітарною громадсь

5.1. Асоціація є унітарною громадською організацією.

5.2. Керівними органами Асоціації є:

Конференція - вищий керівний орган;

Правління - постійний виконавчий орган;

Президент Асоціації – керівник Асоціації;

Віце-Президенти – заступники керівника Асоціації;

5.3. Асоціація має відокремлені підрозділи у адміністративно-

територіальних одиницях України. Відокремлені підрозділи створюються та

припиняють свою діяльність за рішенням Правління та діють згідно Положення

про відокремлені підрозділи Асоціації, що затверджується Правлінням.

5.4. Роботою відокремленого підрозділу керує голова, який призначається

та звільняється Правлінням за поданням загальних зборів членів

відокремленого підрозділу. Організаційне забезпечення діяльності

відокремлених підрозділів забезпечує Секретаріат, в тому числі, через голову

відокремлених підрозділів.

5.5. З метою виконання окремих статутних завдань, що мають особливе

значення для членів Асоціації, за рішенням Правління можуть створюватись

секції, комітети, комісії, робочі групи та інші постійні та тимчасові структурні

підрозділи.

5.6. Секції є структурними підрозділами Асоціації, які формуються за

рішенням Правління з жінок-суддів, суддів, які працюють в судах будь-якої

інстанції та юрисдикції, працівників апаратів судів тощо, на необмежений

термін для виконання постійних функцій.

5.7. Комітети є структурними підрозділами Асоціації, які створюються за

рішенням Правління з метою об’єднання певних груп жінок-суддів та суддів,

які працюють в судах будь-якої інстанції та юрисдикції, працівників апаратів

судів за судовою спеціалізацією чи за інтересами на необмежений термін для

виконання постійних функцій.

5.8. Постійні комісії є структурними підрозділами Асоціації, які

створюються за рішенням Правління з метою організації виконання певних

функцій та видів діяльності Асоціації на необмежений термін для виконання

постійних функцій.

5.9. Для виконання та організації проведення окремих значних заходів чи

короткострокових програм за рішенням Правління можуть бути створені

тимчасові комісії, робочі групи та інші тимчасові структурні підрозділи, які

автоматично припиняють своє існування після досягнення своєї мети.

5.10. Кожний відповідний структурний підрозділ Асоціації очолює голова

структурного підрозділу, який затверджується Правлінням. Організаційне

забезпечення діяльності структурних підрозділів Асоціації забезпечує

Секретаріат.

5.11. Будь-який із зазначених у цьому розділі Статуту структурних

підрозділів може бути реорганізований або ліквідований за рішенням

Правління.

5.12. Діяльність секцій, комітетів, комісій, робочих груп та інших

постійних та тимчасових структурних підрозділів Асоціації, питання

координації їх діяльності та взаємодії, а також вирішення інших питань

здійснюється на підставі відповідного Положення про підрозділи Асоціації,

затвердженого рішенням Правління.
