Копію рішення про виключення, разом з обґрунтуванням, голова відповідного
правління вручає зацікавленому членові протягом 14 (чотирнадцяти) днів з дня прийняття,
або за рішенням з*їзду членів АСУ щодо виключення регіональної асоціації.
4.10. Рішення про виключення з членів Асоціації може бути оскаржено особами,
щодо яких воно прийнято – до 3’їзду Асоціації протягом 1 (одного) місяця з дня вручення
рішення.
4.11. Рішення про відмову у виключенні з членів асоціації може бути оскаржено до
3’їзду Асоціації органом, який вносив пропозицію про виключення з членів Асоціації на
протязі місяця з часу його прийняття. Якщо пропозицію внесло Правління чи Президент
АСУ, термін відраховується від дати вручення йому копії цього рішення.
Скарга розглядається на найближчому 3’їзді конференції членів Асоціації.
4.12. Член Асоціації, який був виключений з членів Асоціації, може повторно
вступити до Асоціації не раніше, ніж через 2 (два) роки від дати вступу в силу рішення
щодо його виключення.
