4.1. Права та обов’язки членів Асоц

4.1. Права та обов’язки членів Асоціації реалізуються в порядку,

визначеному цим Статутом.

4.2. Член Асоціації має право:

- брати участь у статутній діяльності та заходах Асоціації;

- брати участь у Конференції, обирати і бути обраними до керівних

органів Асоціації;

- вносити пропозиції, заяви та скарги на розгляд керівних органів;

- отримувати інформацію та роз»яснення стосовно діяльності Асоціації,

за умови захисту конфіденційної інформації та персональних даних;

- мати доступ до фінансових та інших звітів Асоціації;

- користуватися усіма видами методичної, консультативної та іншої

допомоги, яку може надати Асоціація, на умовах, затверджених Правлінням;

- обговорювати будь-які питання діяльності Асоціації, вносити на розгляд

Правління та Конференції пропозиції щодо вдосконалення її діяльності;

- публікувати свої наукові праці та наукові статті у виданнях Асоціації на

умовах, затверджених Правлінням;

- одержувати від Асоціації допомогу для захисту своїх законних прав та

інтересів на умовах, затверджених Правлінням;

- добровільно припиняти членство в Асоціації.

Члени Асоціації також можуть мати інші права, передбачені чинним

законодавством України, а також рішеннями Конференції.

4.3. Член Асоціації зобов’язаний:

- виконувати вимоги Статуту і рішення керівних органів, пов’язані з

виконанням статутних цілей Асоціації та сприяти виконанню статутних

завдань Асоціації;

- пропагувати ідеї, мету, статутні завдання і діяльність Асоціації;

- виконувати вимоги керівних органів Асоціації, відокремленого

підрозділу, у якому член Асоціації перебуває на обліку, щодо порядку та умов

використання персональних даних та іншої інформації, яка є конфіденційною;

- брати активну участь у діяльності Асоціації;

- не допускати дій, що перешкоджають реалізації статутної діяльності а

також дій, що дискредитують Асоціацію;

- дбати про зміцнення авторитету Асоціації;

-своєчасно сплачувати членські внески у розмірі та порядку,

встановленому рішенням Правління.

Member of the Association shall: - comply with the requirements of the Charter and decisions of governing bodies related to the implementation of the statutory objectives of the Association and facilitate the implementation of the statutory objectives of the Association - to promote the idea, purpose, statutory objectives and activities of the Association; 9 - fulfill the requirements of the governing bodies of the Association, separate unit in which a member of the Association is registered, the procedure and conditions for the use of personal data and other information which is confidential; - to actively participate in the activities of the Association; - avoid actions that impede the realization of statutory activities as well as actions that discredit Association; - to take care of strengthening the authority of the Association -svoyechasno pay membership fees in the amount and manner prescribed by the Board.
